Profound Commerce buys and grows marketplace-native e-commerce brands. Profound Commerce does through through product catalog expansion, unlocking new distribution channels, geographic expansion, and improvements in supply chain and logistics.

At a brand level, we observed increases in DTC audience size, engagement, sales, and, ultimately contribution margin. On the marketplace side, we maintained and, in many cases, improved our presence on Amazon to capture more demand. Specific results varied by brand and product, but overall, Numi played a significant role in improving the performance of the brands we owned and operated.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Numi Global understood the tradeoffs associated with scope, schedule and budget. They worked with Profound to develop, institute and refine project management practices, including how we communicate, what we communicate, and how we measure progress.

Numi was open to trying new tools and adapting as we discovered which ones worked, which ones didn't, and which ones needed to be reconfigured.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They provided us incredible people, who were experts at their craft, at extremely modest rates. Most folks look at offshoring as a way to cut costs, at the expense of quality. Numi Global helped us grow, and helped us tackle initiatives at a deeper level. We would not have achieved what we did without Numi's support.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Numi Global Inc. could have done differently?

Numi could have been more proactive in communicating revised rate cards and SOW changes. They were such an incredible value, though, that this was not a major concern of our's.
