PropertyData is an analytics tool that helps property investors, agents, and developers make data-driven decisions. It's packed with data on pricing, rental values, market health, and demographics. I'm the founder and director.

For what projects/services did your company hire novi.digital?

We'd been managing our PPC campaigns in-house. We hired novi.digital to manage our Google AdWords accounts.

What were your goals for this project?

We aimed to increase the number of conversions from our PPC campaigns while decreasing the cost per conversion.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

I met the company director socially.

novi.digital took over our PPC campaigns. They initially optimized our existing campaigns and made small tweaks. They simultaneously started new campaigns, using the same keywords but built more effectively.

What was the team composition?

We dealt with the managing director, the senior operations manager, a delivery manager, and an account manager.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any statistics or metrics that speak to the quality of their work and impact of the engagement?

The project took patience, but they have quickly improved our PPC results. In the first few months, spending rose without any significant improvement in results. After three or four months, however, novi.digital has achieved significantly better cost per conversion.
