Novia-Lab is a Montreal-based software development agency founded in 2024, 
specializing in MVP development and custom software for two distinct markets: 
Quebec startups and specialized industrial SMEs.

For startups, we build web and mobile MVPs in 6 to 12 weeks — fast enough 
to meet incubator deadlines (Centech, FounderFuel, District 3, Le Camp) and 
polished enough to impress investors. Our typical MVP budget ranges from 
$15,000 to $80,000 CAD.

For specialized industries — HVAC/CVC contractors, construction firms, and 
mechanical building companies — we replace generic off-the-shelf software 
with purpose-built tools that match the complexity of their workflows: airflow 
calculations, BIM coordination, CCQ compliance, and preventive maintenance 
tracking. Typical budget: $25,000 to $150,000 CAD.

Our stack: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Supabase, React Native (iOS + Android), 
and AI integrations via Claude and OpenAI.
