I hired then for web develompent which they didn't deliver for over a year

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I saw their advertisement online and didn't check reviews for them, that was my mistake. I hope my review will help someone else.

They told me price, they told me they can do everything that I required but then they changed their mind and told me they underpriced this project and they can't make some things.. I gave them money in advance

I had communication with Davor (CEO at Nova Media.) and Milan (CTO at Nova Media.)

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

They didn't deliver website after one year of "work", I gave them money in advance, my whole project is shut down because of this.

Communication with them was good, but they didn't deliver what we communicated
