Noukha Technologies was responsible for building the entire tech foundation of our restaurant platform. This included three core applications: (1) a customer-facing website where users can browse the menu, place pickup/delivery orders, and earn rewards; (2) a restaurant dashboard that allows owners to manage products, categories, store hours, coupons, and more; and (3) an in-store order manager app used in the kitchen to view and manage incoming orders in real-time. Key deliverables included full frontend and backend development for all three apps, MongoDB database setup, Stripe API integration for payments, Uber Direct integration for deliveries, and DevOps setup for seamless deployments and scalability.

One of the most measurable outcomes of the project was the consistent progress shown through bi-weekly sprint demos. Each demo showcased working features across all three applications, allowing us to track development milestones, give feedback in real time, and stay closely aligned with the product roadmap. This iterative process helped us validate our ideas early, make informed decisions, and ensure steady momentum toward a high-quality MVP.
