Northfive (N5) is a European firm that helps orginizations adopt agentic AI, sovereign cloud, and accelerated engineering practices. Founded in 2026 and headquartered in Denmark, the company was built by four partners with over 125 years of combined experience from Devoteam, Sopra Steria, NATO, Barclays, AmerisourceBergen, Dansk Erhverv, CSC, and DXC Technology.
Northfive operates as practitioners, not theorists. The founding team has designed, built, and operated AI-native systems and sovereign infrastructure in production across Europe's most demanding organisations. The company was created to close a persistent gap: enterprises with real ambition being let down by partners who advise but do not build, or sell but do not operate.
The company works across three integrated pillars. Agentic AI covers LLM orchestration, multi-agent pipelines, and AI-native development at scale. Sovereign Solutions ensures data, models, and decisions remain within the client's jurisdiction. Accelerated Engineering transforms how teams build and operate through AI-assisted practices across the full delivery chain.
Services are delivered in three stages: Elevate (workshops, advisory, consulting), Innovate (planning, architecture, expert-led build), and Accelerate (managed operations and capability transfer). Northfive embeds alongside developers, engineers, operators, and platform teams - advising, upskilling, and building at every stage.
Northfive delivers 100% from Europe, takes on a small number of engagements to ensure depth, and stays until the capability belongs to the client.
