North Vista is incredibly responsive, often turning around work at or ahead or deadlines. Upon request, they built out in-depth project trackers that allowed me to see where they were at with digital marketing setup across 10 different on-going projects.

They have an unmatched level of responsiveness and willingness to work side-by-side with me. I have never gotten smoke and mirrors or metrics thrown at me that were meaningless.

Are there any areas for improvement or something North Vista Marketing LLC could have done differently?

The largest piece of feedback is attention to detail--in their speed and breadth of work, they are able to get a lot done, but there were small pieces, such as disconnected lead forms, typos, errors in call routing, etc. that required me going through and checking the work that was provided. That being said, they were always incredibly responsive and resolved any errors quickly.
