The company is specialized in building patient support and engagement solutions, both digital and service, for big pharma, governmental and non-governmental organizations operating in the healthcare.

PharmaWorks combines its niche know-how and proprietary digital tools and capabilities to offer simple, yet accessible and efficient solutions across the entire healthcare value chain – patients, doctors, medical facilities, and pharmaceutical partners. PharmaWorks manages an ecosystem of 18+ oncology centers, 5 regional hospitals (including one medical university hospital), 6 clinical lab chains with over 265 sites across the country, and 4 specialized genetic laboratories. The company spreads its products and services over 14 therapeutic areas - oncology, hematology, immunology, neurology, neonatology, hepatology and other therapeutic areas.

PharmaWorks, in cooperation with a number of proven specialists in the field of oncology and pathology, medical associations and professional healthcare societies, as well as a large number of leading pharmaceutical companies with a significant share in established oncology therapies, aims to build a single digital platform for appointment and testing of molecular pathological biomarkers and mutations in oncology.

The platform serves as a complete ecosystem that connects PharmaWorks as a service provider for the patient support programs, medical oncologists assigning biomarker testing, laboratories in which these tests are performed, and pharmaceutical companies funding such programs.

Each of these groups of participants in the platform uses a certain set of its functionalities and has access to a limited range of data, with the exception of Pharma Works, which in its role of owner of the platform, provider of these diagnostics services under the program and administrator of personal data processed in the platform has access to all of the data. Each individual participant in the platform has his own user profile. Patients do not have access to the platform.

The healthcare objective of the project is to improve access to tests for cancer patients, assist medical professionals in making informed treatment decisions, optimize logistical processes, enhance laboratory workflows, and facilitate research and development in oncology:

• Facilitating Patient Empowerment and Support: The project aims to empower and support cancer patients by providing them with access to tests and removing logistical barriers associated with biopsy organization and result retrieval.
• Assisting Medical Oncologists: The project aims to assist medical oncologists in making timely and accurate diagnostics and treatment decisions for their patients by streamlining the process of conducting genetic tests.
• Improving Logistics Efficiency: The project seeks to expedite the logistics involved in performing tests by digitizing and optimizing the entire process, from issuing test vouchers to returning results and samples to medical oncologists and patients.
• Enhancing Laboratory Workflow: The project aims to improve and digitize laboratory workflows for processing and conducting tests, thereby enabling more efficient and streamlined operations.
• Real-Time Reporting: The platform provides real-time reporting of tests performed, ensuring that medical professionals have access to up-to-date information for decision-making.
• Optimizing Costs: By eliminating gaps and imperfections in the diagnostic process, the project optimizes costs associated with testing, making it more sustainable for pharmaceutical companies funding free testing.

We worked with NoLimit for the creation of an MVP and then ongoing platform development & support of our renewable energy real-estate business.
Deliverables included scoping, design and development of the web platform, in which NoLimit helped us with guidance on every step of the process. 
The ultimate deliverable was to have a working and functional platform until a specific date due to the planned PR & marketing campaigns to gain popularity and traffic. 
After that, due to the flawless delivery of the services promised, we continued working with them for further product development and fast ideation and execution.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We first collaborated with NoLimit to develop the MVP for our software platform business SolarEstates (vei-imot.bg), and we couldn't be happier with the results. The team's professionalism, expertise, and dedication were evident throughout the process from the start.

Communication was seamless, and they kept us informed at every stage. Despite the complexity of our requirements and constant changes in what we needed, they delivered everything on time, which was crucial for our business timeline. Post-launch support has been fantastic, with quick resolutions to issues and valuable insights for future enhancements. 

Overall, working with No Limit Software has exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend them to any startup and business that needs high-quality service that is delivered quickly. 

We continue our collaboration with the team due to their professionalism, contribution with ideas and fast turnaround time.

Project management was done through 2 of the more senior people within the company. Using a Kanban board, weekly catch-ups and in-chat communication, they kept all deadlines while adapting to what we envisioned.
Even though we didn't always have a clear idea of what is the best solution for our customers, they were supportive and flexible enough to accommodate enough time for brainstorming and ideation while still nudging us to progress forward.

I'm the Head of Sales Enablement at Primer, a Series B startup that helps online businesses around the world create beautiful payment and commerce experiences for their customers. I also help project manage the marketing website development.

NoLimit is helping us with the ongoing development of our website in advance of the launch of a new product. They are also helping us clean up our codebase in an effort to have the website run as smoothly as possible.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The NoLimit team did deep discovery on our website architecture and current needs, taking the time to understand what we are trying to achieve with this project. Angel and Preslav were very knowledgable throughout our initial calls, so we decided to sign with NoLimit.

We are building a multitude of pages describing how our product can be used and the softwares with which we have integrated. Each of these pages is populated via data stored in a database, which feeds into DatoCMS, our content management system. The NoLimit team has built the wireframes and logic to populate 100+ pages for the website. We use Vercel, DatoCMS, Figma, and Asana as the main tools to drive this project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I don't have measurable results to share just yet, but our goals are to increase website traffic, provide customized landing pages for visitors, and drive more signups for our self-serve product, which will release on Jan 2023.

We prioritize all work and track all deliverables in Asana. We usually have a catchup once per week to dig into any blockers. We communicate daily using Slack. The No Limit team is very responsive and clear in their communication.
