The project included three main parts. First, No Chaos Dev created the public Botami website and optimized it for search engines, fast loading, and strong Google PageSpeed Insights results.

Second, they developed a CMS where customers can create and manage their Telegram Mini Apps, with different user roles, access permissions, and cloud image storage.

The most complex part was finding a cost-effective solution for hosting thousands of separate Telegram Mini Apps with minimal infrastructure expenses. The platform also required integration with the Telegram API and webhooks, as well as payment systems for both Botami subscriptions and individual shops, including PayPal, Stripe, cryptocurrency payments, and YooKassa.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The public website was launched with strong Google PageSpeed Insights results, with all key performance indicators in the green zone.

The CMS met our requirements from the first release. Several changes that were not included in the original scope were also completed at no additional cost, quickly and without unnecessary discussions.

The performance of the mini app hosting solution was demonstrated to us in real time, including how it would handle a large number of applications. Two design versions were also prepared, which allowed us to compare both options and choose the one that worked best for the product.

The project was delivered on time. Communication was simple and direct, and any questions or changes were handled quickly without slowing down the work.

Nothing significant comes to mind. A little more documentation during the early stages could have been useful, but it did not affect the final result.
