What challenge were you trying to address with NIOTECH SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS?

We wanted to make people’s lives easier through digitalization and software products but needed help developing a mobile app.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

NIOTECH SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS developed for a cross-platform mobile app for both iOS and Android. They handled both front- and backend development.

We didn’t know what we wanted exactly but they helped us a lot with the concept. They always came with new ideas and functionalities that we didn’t think of. The project was delivered but we’re keeping in contact with them for future projects and collaboration on the same project.

What is the team composition?

I worked directly with the administrator.

How did you come to work with NIOTECH SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS?

The administrator was a colleague from university. I knew that he and his team were very hardworking professionals and I knew they had an interesting portfolio with interesting projects.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement ran from June 2020–January 2021.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re still measuring the success of the project because it’s not fully engaged. We are very happy with the product they delivered. All the ideas that we mentioned in the process were achieved. We are very pleased that we collaborated with them. It’s been a success.

How did NIOTECH SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS perform from a project management standpoint?

Our teams communicated very often via email and Microsoft Teams. We also had face-to-face meetings often. We would work together and then have feedback sessions. They always showed us the status of the project and never took a step without talking to us in order to be sure it’s what we need. Our teams worked in sprints.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The most impressive thing about NIOTECH SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS was their creativity. They treated the project as if they were one of ours and not just a hired developer. Their team was eager to achieve success.

NIOTECH SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS told us things that we didn’t think about but were very advantageous for our product. They were very friendly and good at teamwork, giving us a very personalized experience. They provided a very custom-delivered product.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There was some room for improvement regarding response time when they were very busy with projects. It’s not a real problem though and not something that would make me not collaborate with them again.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Get in touch with them, they’re professionals. They deliver quality products at special prices that are advantageous in this market. My advice would be to contact them and know what you want.

Have a fully realized plan and discuss over that plan with them. You can develop some difficult things with them but it’s important that the customer knows what they want to achieve.
