I’m the CEO of PROFINOVA, a company that provides accounting, appraisal, forensic, and legal services to clients throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina, with the support of licensed experts and collaboration with law firms.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with NILADO?

We already had a somewhat working in-house software solution for our company, but it was all over the place. It wasn’t intuitive, had too many options scattered around, and the people that worked for me needed at least a week to get familiar with the program. We had a full simplification in mind, with the main objective being ease of use and clarity so our end customers could use this program.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

NILADO has analyzed the current state of the existing project, proposed changes to the existing infrastructure, and then made these changes and delivered a whole new project based on the existing idea. The main deliverable is an e-accounting system that is primarily easy to use and automates your business. NILADO has also integrated the system with a local POS terminal and secured the architecture while abiding by local law. Specifically, NILADO has handled integrations, the whole frontend development, and many changes to the existing backend.

We started working with them in January 2026, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The time to make an invoice has significantly decreased, from several minutes to just 20–30 seconds. Additionally, in just the first month, we got 50 more clients. Moreover, error rates have dropped significantly because we’ve managed to centralize and automate the process even further. We haven’t lost a single client since we introduced this new software, which means client satisfaction is pretty high. In fact, our clients have said that it’s really easy to keep books and manage their business now. Meanwhile, our in-house developers have told me that NILADO’s team is really fast at making changes, conducting audits, and providing overall cooperation.

How did NILADO perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve delivered on time; sometimes, they’ve even been done before the deadline. We’ve communicated via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’ve really been eager to work on this project. I have a feeling that they felt right at home with this kind of project.
