The project involves finalizing and stabilizing the Remerge mobile application through comprehensive bug fixes, UI/UX refinements, and new feature integrations as outlined in the Scope of Work. Key deliverables include resolving over 50 identified bugs across iOS and Android, implementing environment setup for development and production builds, integrating device analytics and update management systems, adding new branding elements, improving camera functionality, refining user interface components, and preparing the app for final QA testing and submission to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The project will be completed and followed by one month of free post-launch support.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

All 50+ identified bugs were successfully resolved across iOS and Android platforms, resulting in a fully stable app build. UI/UX improvements were put in place, as well as significant performance enhancements. Niftonic delivered successful deployment readiness for both the App Store and Google Play within the planned timeline.

Niftonic was hired after a different dev company failed me in the worst way. Niftonic reviewed the broken code, helped troubleshoot it enough to bring an MVP to launch and then started developing brand new code for version 2.0 of the app. They created a new design that greatly improved the UX/UI. They built an Admin application, remade custom code for user registration, authentication, profile creation, swipe features, profile matching, multi-person chats, additional login and authentication options (ie email and facebook), account and profile editing, account deactivation, and admob integration. They even went above and beyond with assistanting me with my company website and developing a web version of my mobile application.

I am given weekly updates, access to the code and designs, multiple opportunities to test and provide feedback every step of the way.

They provide realistic timelines and have never caused me any cause for concern or any undue delays. They are very responsive and proactively ask for my input to ensure the project meets all expectations. All the work they have delivered has been extremely high quality and timely.

The transparency! I have never worked with anymore more honest and hardworking then Taimoor, the CEO. He has always been very open and honest with me. He is also willing to go above and beyond with educating me on how to keep track of their work and QA their outcomes. At this point, I feel comfortable calling him a true friend, as well as an invaluable business partner.

If anything, they may be slightly under priced for the extreme value they deliver.

User Profiles & Social Features: Niftonic built personalized user profiles, friend discovery, messaging, and community group functionalities that allow users to connect with like-minded travelers.

Trip Planning Module: They implemented features to create detailed travel itineraries, manage public/private visibility, and invite others to join trips.

Real-Time Expense Tracking: The app includes tools to manage and split expenses with real-time payment tracking, ensuring a smooth group experience.

Live Updates & Notifications: Niftonic added real-time collaboration tools to keep everyone on the same page during trips.
