I am the Founder of BI-K Energy

BI-K Energy is a deeptech/cleantech startup founded by Marco (CEO) and Giuseppe (CTO), based in the Verona area. Current phase: pre-seed. The product is the RHP (Reversible Heat Pump) platform, proprietary technology for the recovery and valorization of waste heat from the data center.

They delivered the items on schedule, right on time. They fully understood my requirements, even though the product involved some rather specialised technical aspects.

Are there any areas for improvement or something NFW Web Studio could have done differently?

Honestly, I don’t have any significant suggestions for improvement. Communication was clear throughout the project, expectations were well managed, and the work was delivered on time and to a high standard. 

If anything, I hope they continue doing what they’re already doing: combining strong technical expertise with a genuine commitment to understanding their clients’ needs. That level of professionalism is what makes them stand out.
