We provide products and services globally on (a) climate change, (b) biodiversity loss, and (c) justly transitioning to low-carbon economies -- all to support a sustainable and regenerative, just and disrupted, thriving planet for all (all humans, all species, all ecosystems).

• Over several months, manage projects across multiple initiatives on a few continents. Align with the executive sponsor on activities, deliverables, timeframes, etc. - and manage tasks, people, and resources against those.
• Reviewed multiple platforms/systems, recommended best ones suited to our needs, are currently helping us migrate to our adopt them (e.g., Asana, Hubspot CRM, Mailchimp, etc.) 
• Designed new web page for our main website to highlight numerous Awards & Recognitions we've received over the last few years.
• Serve as program manager on all the work threads described above.
• Write content for websites, newsletters, and more - and may expand to social media.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Outstanding project and program management. They get the team and the deliverables across the finish line on or under time and budget, with the highest quality.
• Outstanding new section to the website.
• Expert graphic and visual design: excellent logos for sections of the website, perfect illustrations for a vision map, high-quality deck/presentation designs.
• Rapid turnaround of small to medium website updates and modifications.
• Excellent content for the website, written very quickly and efficiently (i.e., lots of high-quality content generated in less time than anticipated). 
• Expert recommendation on platforms best suited to our needs (e.g., Asana, Mailchimp, Hubspot), and gentle yet effective support in helping us to adopt them.
• Excellent strategy and marketing consulting on our exploration of a potential funding source for one project.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Excellent project management. Very responsive to communications across email and WhatsApp. They constantly meet the deadline or come in early. I appreciate that they were patient with  our use of Google Sheets and Smartsheet before we migrated to Asana, at their recommendation (which has been a smart decision).

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

• I love that they are a full-service company that provides a suite of extremely qualified professionals across a range of fields to suit many of our needs. When we say we have a need and they say they have someone outstanding who can address it, I believe them - and they repeatedly deliver.
• I've worked most with Muhammad and Naeem. They both have go-get-'em work ethics of high dedication and accountability, consummate skillfulness, and mindful communication. And they are both very personable and engaging. It's also been a pleasure to get to know Naeem more collegially. He brings great spirit and presence to our engagements.

Are there any areas for improvement or something NEXUS95 could have done differently?

• Their initial management was not as aggressive as I needed it to be with a few of our project team members who were regularly behind on deliverables. However, when I pointed this out, it improved immediately.
• There could have been more transparency about the timeline for the shift from one person to another as our primary point-of-contact. It all worked out, but could have been a little smoother.
