The team was responsible for the development and ongoing maintenance of Sportconn. Key deliverables included the Facility Dashboard, Admin Dashboard, Games Module, Open Chat System, mobile applications, website, third-party integrations, bug fixes, performance improvements, app store releases, and ongoing platform enhancements and technical support.

The project resulted in a more stable and user-friendly platform through the delivery of new features, improved workflows, and ongoing bug fixes.

The team was generally responsive to our requests and open to feedback throughout the project. While deliverables were not always completed within the expected timelines and some follow-up was required, they remained committed to resolving issues and implementing requested changes. Communication was consistent, and they were willing to work through challenges as they arose.

We are impressed by their willingness to continue supporting the platform after launch, and addressing issues as they arose was appreciated. They remained available to implement requested changes and provide ongoing maintenance throughout the engagement.

Are there any areas for improvement or something NextPak Agile Solutions could have done differently?

The team could improve project planning and delivery timelines by providing more accurate estimates and proactively communicating any delays. A more structured release management process, with greater alignment on feature readiness before deployment, would also help reduce rework and improve the overall development experience.

I’m the CEO and founder of Tealpot. Tealpot is an on-demand platform that connects users in the Dallas–Fort Worth area with vetted professionals for services like plumbing, HVAC, cleaning, lawn care, and more, offering fast, safe, and hassle-free hiring and payment.

What challenge were you trying to address with NextPak Agile Solutions?

We needed help designing, developing, and maintaining the Tealpot platform website and app.

What was the scope of their involvement?

NextPak Agile Solutions has designed, developed, and maintained the Tealpot platform, delivering a reliable staffing marketplace that connects employers with job seekers. Their responsibilities include building new features, maintaining the mobile and web applications, integrating third-party services such as Stripe for payments, implementing user authentication and notifications, fixing bugs, improving performance, and providing ongoing technical support.
They’re also responsible for ensuring the platform is stable, secure, and scalable while working closely with our product team to implement new requirements and enhancements.
In terms of features and integrations, NextPak Agile Solutions has delivered key features, including the blog page and the work order workflow. They’ve also integrated several third-party services, including Stripe for payments, Checkr for background checks, Twilio for communications, and Mailchimp for email marketing and automation.

NextPak Agile Solutions has delivered a fully functional platform with key features successfully launched, seamless integrations with services like Stripe, Checkr, Twilio, and Mailchimp, improved operational workflows, and ongoing product enhancements that support our business and user needs.

How did NextPak Agile Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

NextPak Agile Solutions maintains good communication throughout the project and is responsive to feedback. While some deliverables have taken longer than initially expected, they remain committed to resolving issues, implementing requested changes, and seeing tasks through to completion.In terms of tools, we use virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps to communicate.  As the project progressed, we developed a collaborative working relationship focused on implementing new features, resolving issues, and supporting the platform's ongoing development.

NextPak Agile Solutions has demonstrated a practical and logical approach to delivering the project requirements.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Project timelines and delivery consistency could be improved. More proactive communication around delays and stronger quality assurance before delivery would make the overall experience smoother.

Clearly define your project scope, requirements, and timelines from the start, and maintain regular communication throughout the project to ensure expectations remain aligned.
