We hired NextOn Digital for our lead generation campaign utilizing media buying ads. We also required them to build landing pages and automate the entire process.

We consulted with multiple agencies near Oak Park and ultimately chose NextOn Digital due to their expertise in financial services and impressive portfolio. Additionally, their pricing and availability was suitable for our needs.

I am not familiar with the technical aspects of the project, but they utilized Facebook lead forms, zapier, and hubspot for automation. Our goal was to obtain qualified leads, and they were able to deliver. As I am not technically inclined, we discussed our desired outcome with them and they provided us with a comprehensive strategy document outlining their plan to achieve our goals. After reviewing the proposal, we paid them, and they began executing the campaign.

There were two people from the agency all the time, Fahad and Kowshik. Fahad usually discussed strategies and Kowshik provided reports and briefs about what was going on.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We consistently received qualified leads during the project period. Nearly 70% of these leads turned into paying clients, indicating their good work. The Facebook lead campaign they ran had a 3.6% click-through rate and cost only $32 per lead, which is excellent.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The communication was smooth. Fahad met me at my office a few times for strategy briefings and also provided phone call updates. Working with them was a good experience.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They kept their commitment and were always respectful whenever I had a dumb question. They answered them patiently. It was nice.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I suggested allocating more budget for Facebook ads, but they continued to allocate more for Google ads for some reason. Nonetheless, the results were fantastic, so good job.

The most crucial aspect of the project was NextOn Digital's ability to consistently deliver qualified leads. Although the first month saw a slower pace, as the agency was testing various creative strategies, they had indicated this possibility during the discovery call. To our satisfaction, over 50 leads were generated with 70% being deemed qualified.

This initial performance instilled confidence in their ability to meet our desired outcomes. I am grateful for the expertise of the Lead Media Buyer, Kowshik, who effectively understood our requirements, as well as the diligent efforts of the account manager in providing regular updates.

As previously stated, the level of communication with NextOn Digital was exceptional. They consistently provided informative reports based on key performance indicators and thoroughly reviewed the challenges and opportunities from each month. The overall workflow was smooth and efficient.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

My advertising budget was effectively managed, and the quality of work was exceptional. I found the monthly calls productive and enjoyable, and had the pleasure of working with a friendly and results-driven team.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

I was required to install a new app, Slack, which was initially an inconvenience for me as I preferred to use WhatsApp. However, the use of Slack provided increased visibility into the progress of the project and proved to be a valuable tool.
