Platform Architecture & Design
The software house was responsible for designing a scalable architecture that could handle high traffic from HR departments and candidates. The architecture also needed to integrate seamlessly with existing ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), which was a crucial part of the recruitment workflow.

Core Features Development

• Test Creation Module: This feature allowed HR managers to create and customize recruitment tests for various roles. The tests are short (5-7 minutes) and optimized for mobile devices, making them accessible to a broader audience.
• Integration with ATS: The platform needed to integrate smoothly with common ATS systems to ensure a seamless experience for HR teams. This was achieved through API integrations, allowing recruiters to embed Staffly tests directly into their existing processes.
• Candidate Assessment & Scoring: The software house developed a sophisticated scoring algorithm to evaluate candidates based on their test performance. This algorithm feeds into personality and competency-based assessments, and it can predict the candidate's success for specific job roles.
• Behavioral Data Analysis: As part of the AI-based assessment tool development, the platform was designed to analyze candidate behaviors and provide predictive insights to HR teams.
• User Interface & Experience (UI/UX) A user-centric approach was key in designing both the recruiter and candidate interfaces. The interface is simple, intuitive, and mobile-friendly, enabling HR teams to navigate the platform with ease, while candidates can complete tests on their smartphones without hassle.
• Mobile Optimization: Given the emphasis on mobile testing, the software house ensured that the entire platform was fully responsive across all devices. This was critical to the success of Staffly as it increased accessibility and test completion rates among candidates.
• Security and Data Privacy: Ensuring the security and privacy of candidate and employer data was a top priority. The software house implemented robust security protocols, including encryption, secure authentication methods, and compliance with GDPR requirements.
• Ongoing Maintenance & Support Post-launch, the software house provided ongoing support to ensure the platform runs smoothly, offering bug fixes, updates, and additional features based on evolving business needs.

Nextapps developed the h-Our Store app for METRO PROPERTIES. The concept is revolutionary for the retail market as it enables users to rent shopping-mall space directly through their mobile devices even for an hour, offering great flexibility. The concept integrates Flutter technology with PayU's SDK, ensuring smooth automatic invoicing, payment processing and secure lock management.

METRO PROPERTIES received two prestigious awards for h-Our store, gaining recognition from retail industry experts and managers.

The project scope assigned to Nextapps included creating a comprehensive mobile app dedicated to short-term retail space rentals integrated with other systems features. Key deliverables included:

• Integration with external systems: Nextapps was responsible for integrating automatic invoicing, the PayU payment system and an automated lock-handling system
• User-friendly interface: development of an intuitive, aesthetically-pleasing interface that allows users to easily browse, rent and access retail spaces
• Dynamic features: Implementation of real-time photos, instant payment processing, and access codes for rented spaces, minimizing the need for physical contact in some key shopping-space handovers
• Security measures: Ensuring robust security to protect user data and secure transactions.
