• In order to create an efficient Mobile application for our Hotel chain that functions on both the iOS and Android platforms, we engaged Next App Inc. Our main objective was to offer a user-friendly solution for bookings, reservations, and service request. To ensure seamless functioning, the app also had to interface with our existing management systems. We also sought a platform that could offer customized experiences and improve guest engagement.

Creating a cross-platform Mobile application for iOS and Android that met the requirements of our hotel chain was part of Next App Inc's area of work. A user-friendly interface that allowed guests to book amenities, make bookings, and search for rooms was one of the main deliverables. In order to sync reservations in real-time, the app also needed a secure payment gateway for transactions, a strong backend for user data management, and connection with our Property Management System (PMS). Other features included a 24/7 chat support tool, a loyalty program integration, and push notifications for deals and updates. Next App Inc was also in charge of end-to-end testing, ensuring that the app was bug-free and satisfied industry requirements.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our booking procedure and the entire visitor experience were much improved by the development of a fully operational Mobile App. Real-time updates for reservations and service requests are ensured by the app's seamless interaction with our systems. Feedback from customers also emphasized the app's effectiveness and usability, which raised user engagement.
