The goal of project is quiet simple:

1. Build website that estetically connects to our customer persona, and build functionality around it such as online purchasing for B2C customers and contact option for B2B clients.
2. Website had to be on simpler side, as our team is small and we could not afford too much upkeep.
3. Focus on building strong tecnical foundation, so that once we started funneling traffic, it would hold up.

• Elementor Pro, associated Elementor plugins and widgets were used as the page builder for creation and effective updates going forward.
• Multiple rounds of testing, feedback and updates so that the end website met stakeholders' approvals.

• The page designs exceeded stakeholders' expectations for a clean, modern design.
• The project was delivered on-time, deployed and full tested on the production web server. It worked correctly without our intervention. The analytics tags worked properly.
• Elementor widgets were used wisely and properly balancing functionality, aesthetics and page load times.
• Prospects and customers expressed awe and congratulations for such a high quality website upgrade.
• The site continues to function well. Updates are efficient. The choice to use Elementor and a development team that knows very well what to do with Elementor was a wise choice.
• Communication with Nexoos was timely, clear and stress free. This is absolutley essential for the success of a web project of this size (or any size).

• Nexoos used our Trello board that allowed our stakeholder team to track progress. 
• Communication was timely, proactive and clear. This is an amazing strength of Nexoos' project management team. It was essential as rounds of feedback from Nexoos to us and us to Nexoos occurred.
• Project was delivered on time as promised. In fact, they delivered above the agreed deliverable at the negotiated price.
• It was easy to converse in English on our messaging app, via Trello comments, email and via Zoom video meetings. Nexoos even provided Loom videos (screencasts) when appropriate to illustrate an issue and their solutions. Very efficient to share Looms with stakeholders to gain input.

• Their communication was top notch! For projects with so many aesthetics and elements on pages such as a web project, from the original scope and proposal to the multiple rounds of feedback, timely and clear communication was essential. Nexoos integrated into our workflow (while likely using their own internal workflow) to allow us to work with them easily. They were proactive and took full responsibility for their work. Bravo!
• Depth of understanding how to design a site using Elementor and associated widgets that reduced custom coding and amplifies a strong UI/UX and responsive design. Nexoos clearly has deep experitise using the Elementor page builder and has the wisdom to know how to best leverage its features.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Nexoos web & marketing could have done differently?

Nexoos managed expectations veyr well and kept their promises. At times they supplied options that some stakeholders may have found "too many" or "too detailed." Yet, those options and level of detail worked very well to refine the look and function of pages. For the stakeholders that have been through web design and development projects before, they understood why Nexoos offered the options and details. I would still encourage them to state issues and present options even if some stakeholders are hesitant. In the end that approach made the whole project a Win+Win!
