BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the founder and owner of a concierge medical practice, Personal Care Physicians of Greater Newburyport. My team of practitioners and I provide medical care for patients in our surrounding communities from both conventional and functional medicine approaches.

For what projects/services did your company hire Nexerasoft?

Our website was first designed in 2014 when we first opened, but was outdated both in platform and design. We are not at all equipped to do this, so we asked Irfan and his team at Nexerasoft to accomplish these needs in order to be even more professionally polished in our online presentation to new potential patients.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We looked for web designers from various online resources. After communicating with a handful or so of potential vendors, we chose Irfan and his team because of his perfect balance between professionalism and human connectivity/relatability. We felt listened to, heard, and understood in our needs.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

After some discussion about what we needed, Irfan and his team summarized what they interpreted from us, reiterated their understanding to us for greater clarification, then presented several sensible options to accomplish the goals we had in mind.

They checked in recurrently with multiple steps along the process, being sure to verify their work was what we had envisioned for that detail, before moving to bigger/next steps. They were easy to communicate with, very accessible, and timely.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Not sure how many were involved, but we worked with an assigned point-person who guided us through the entire process, and that's all we needed to accomplish the job, more than satisfactorily!

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We had a lot of positive feedback - not only from our practice staff/team, but also from patients. We continue to use the same website, and he has helped us with smaller tasks since then, pertaining to this website, all with the same level of professionalism and excellence.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective, very professional. Excellent!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Irfan and his team are just strikingly well balanced between high end professionalism, yet connecting on a relatable and personable level. They created a very comforting and trusting dynamic, which was priceless.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing comes to mind. It was a fantastic experience.
