The project was multi-faceted. On the custom software side, the team developed an internal platform that automated and digitized several previously manual processes, including resource allocation, project billing, and vendor coordination. This involved system integrations with existing ERP software and required a robust role-based access system.

On the CRM side, the scope was even more complex. Nexalab conducted a comprehensive audit of our Salesforce implementation. They restructured our sales pipelines, integrated key third-party tools, built custom dashboards for different business units, and established workflows for customer engagement.
