Yes. We work under the EU GDPR and German data protection law, sign data processing agreements (AVV) with our clients and prefer hosting in Germany and the EU. We also help clients with the technical side of GDPR and NIS2: backups, access control, MFA, email security and documentation.

We respond to support requests within 4 business hours (Mon-Fri, 9 am to 5 pm). Small projects such as a Microsoft 365 setup or an email security rollout usually take 1-2 weeks; larger projects like cloud migrations or ERP rollouts follow an agreed fixed-price project plan.

Microsoft 365 setups and migrations, managed IT for SMEs with 5 to 100 employees, IT security and NIS2 readiness, AI automation and AI phone assistants, cloud telephony, VARIO ERP rollouts and integrations between shop, CRM, ERP and DATEV.

It starts with a free 30-minute call. We then review your current IT setup, document it and send a fixed-price proposal. After approval we take over access step by step, set up monitoring, backups and security, and you get one fixed point of contact from day one.

Fully remote via Microsoft Teams, phone and our ticket system. You have one fixed point of contact, regular status updates and transparent documentation. Bavarian clients can additionally check whether the Digitalbonus Bayern subsidy covers their project.
