Please describe your company and your position there.

I am a COO of Travelza, a travel agency where we believe that fulfilling travel experiences begin not only with choosing the right destination, but having the right state of mind.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Digital Dex?

We were looking for someone to help us with the website redesign because our website was out of date and poorly designed by the previous agency. We contacted and compared several vendors, but none gave us the level of communication that Digital Dex did.

What were your goals for this project?

The goal was to improve the communication of Travelza work and professionalize our online presence. We hoped that by restructuring the website we could increase website traffic and generate more business out of that.

How did you select Digital Dex?

Digital Dex was being recommended to us by one my friend who was already working with and was pretty much satisfied with their services and customer services.

Describe the project in detail.

We have a travel agency website which was designed and developed inhouse. We never focused on digital marketing as our focus was more on traditional marketing. But due to the growing trend of it, we realized that a huge portion of our target audience is being neglected or we are not reaching them.

So, then we decided to start working on it. The website was outdated and was designed poorly by us. So, when we get in touch with Digital Dex, the first thing they did was a free inspection of the website.

They list down all the issues which need to be fixed, and that was quite impressive, as usually no one provides free consultancy without being paid.

What was the team composition?

There were 2 persons who were in direct contact with me, one was the Account Manager Mathews and another one was the Website Project Manager (I don't remember his name specifically) who keeps us updated about the progress as well as the changes.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

It is early but I can have a believe that the website is much more user friendly and we have no doubt that it will increase the website traffic which will eventually increase our business as well.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Digital Dex took my vision and combined everything into a seamless platform. We are still working on marketing, but seeing everything come to fruition is tremendous.

I would suggest that customers should find a company where direct communication with the owner or decision maker is a given, that what Digital Dex are best at.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They gave us some really good advices in terms of website design and development, specially in the areas where we had doubts.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No, I think these guys are going pretty fine.
