I am the owner of Executive Swift Travel and have several drivers working in my team.

we were not great on marketing online and were recommended New Media Ghost who would take us from being a mediocre business to getting in enquiries

We chose to work with them as a number of business clients have recommended them not only here Wales but London and our clients abroad work with them .

They took on the whole process of marketing from the very start and got in and dug around with questions that I have never been asked before. They built the site to be a better experience for my drivers and for people visiting the site. Ran campaigns to go alongside the seo they were providing and social media work. All the marketing strategies they implemented worked well together and now we have more work that we have ever dreamed of!

drove full on traffic to our website increase by 80% of calls to business including working with other businesses across the UK.

always kept me informed sometimes too informed. I have not worked with another business like this, where they keep me in the loop continually and have driven so much traffic to sales.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are great communicators who always do what they say and if they can't do it they tell you and pass on the work to others. Truly commendable and happy to lose business, which has kept us with them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

compared to others i have worked with they are the most responsive and customer service-driven marketing business I've known.
