Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Certain changes were made to our company's specifications, which we were unable to put into practice, but Neuramonks was able to produce a proof of concept that satisfied our needs. The system began by reading in a text file or Excel CSV file. The file was then prepared to enable machine reading. Finding the primary column header locations and figuring out which files were transposed—rows turning into columns and vice versa—were necessary for this. 

After that, the data was turned around to fit within our typical format. In order to figure out what information was in each field and transfer it to our data model, it combined algorithms for text recognition, field recognition, and logic. After that, it ran some quality checks on the data to determine if we should consume it or not. Azure environments are where we primarily work. The concept of Azure Cloud and related technologies was understood.

Databricks was the main platform used for the machine learning process. They said they could handle additional implementation work, but once more, we decided not to move forward with the project and did not use them for those services.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Nearly 80% of the files that we anticipated the tool to process were processed. Even though our goal was a 90% success rate, the result met our expectations. There were no crashes or bugs that we encountered.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

They are foolish in the sense of project management. They were technically strong, but it took them a few cycles to get it right. Our team used Azure DevOps for project management and Zoom and email as our main means of communication.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Throughout the project, the staff showed a strong eagerness to help with problem-solving. Neuramonks demonstrated flexibility in handling emerging obstacles and effectively distributed resources while adhering to our financial plan. Their assistance was really helpful.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Neuramonks could have done differently?

There is space for improvement in terms of product management. It would have been advantageous to have a senior project manager who is committed to the project entirely.
