How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

It was referral from a friend who hired NetUplift for their website. We were very impressed with their portfolio and customer reviews.

We talked about the details in a video call. Frist, we decided on what template should be used, second stage was the color pallet and logo, and the third stage was layout development and final design.

We worked with 3 people including project manager, developer and art director.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

It helped us define our company goals and branding. We had 0 customers to 60 customers in our first month. The website also helped us hiring new technicians for the job sites.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was perfect, our team and their team worked on the project without having any miscommunications or issues. The stages were clear to follow and we provided all the information and content in the beginning.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their web development and conversion knowledge were unbelievable. They knew how to take possible prospect from home page to conversion just using the parts of the website and buttons.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, from beginning to the end they were great.

NetUplift was hired to create an artist consulting and ecommerce website.

I found them on google. After seeing their web design portfolio, that was the deciding factor.

After several zoom meetings, NetUplift had a good idea of what was needed to build the website. I was able to check the progress at various stages.
