Development of an application that tracks factory operations, from raw material collection to delivery. The application was delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe and was fully functional from its very first use.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Manages milk from 400+ suppliers and 260+ collection centers, with 463 supplier contracts for 2026 and 7 storage tanks (200,000 L) monitored in real time.

All paper process forms (collection, reception, lab, processing, salting, maturation, delivery) replaced by digital records, with transport notices, lab sheets and process flow sheets generated automatically as PDF.

Tracing a lot back to its supplier farms, or finding every lot affected by an ingredient batch, now takes a single search instead of going through paper records.

In daily use by ~20 employees across 6 roles (drivers, reception, lab/production, management) on mobile and web.

Initially, the price seemed to be at the upper limit, but after we managed to demonstrate the efficiency and productivity of this application to our superiors, they are convinced that it was worth it.
