Neoverce IT developed a hardware device prototype. We needed the device to be connected to a framework and software through IoT. We gave them an overall idea of the concept, and we provided them with some initial sketches. The team worked to improve our sketches, and we kept iterating back and forth until Neoverce IT came up with what we wanted. They tested our prototype, too.

They did everything; the prototype went unexpectedly great, and our design team likes the proof of concept (POC). With their support, we were able to move forward and do more upgrades and revisions.

Neoverce IT managed the project well. They were professional, and they kept us updated on a weekly basis. We didn't need to meet regularly because we always had video conferences to see their presentations live or to discuss some things.

They were committed to figuring things out. In fact, they kept iterating until we received what we wanted. Overall, we were impressed that they were able to overcome certain design challenges during our partnership.

We followed an iterative design process in this project and it proved to be a challenge since we worked remotely. If there was a way to overcome those concerns at the beginning of the engagement, that would be great.

Neoverce IT is collaborating with third-party designers and security specialists, as well as with our internal architecture team, to create a web application using Node.js. They are focused on the development of an application that could interact with our gateways. The architecture is Circulus. 

After each delivery, Neoverce IT stresses the system to see how it performs under pressure and to ensure that the APIs are able to handle the load.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The Neoverce IT team does a good job of meeting our requirements, and we find their codes to be of good quality. As many teams from different companies are involved, it took some time to get adjusted to each other in the beginning but Neoverce IT was able to pick things up quickly. 

Neoverce IT quickly resolves any issues we bring to their attention. They produce satisfactory work 99% of the time, and I don’t see the partnership ending any time soon.

We missed the first deadline because the team slightly underestimated the project. That was understandable, though, since the work is really complex and difficult to estimate. We have since collaborated to prioritize tasks and they’ve met all of our deadlines.

Neoverce IT has proactive management, solid technical skills, and good inputs for solutions. They work quickly and precisely. We see them as part of our team and treat them as such.

It’s easy to underestimate the work required for complex technology like ours, so for our projects, Neoverce IT should (and already is) including more technical people in the beginning stages to ensure that there is a full understanding of the project scope.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss the goals and objectives for the required module. After this meeting the team was able to provide us with different approaches on how to best manage power within the device. After few iterations they delivered a well documented module capable of automatically setting the device on different power saving modes.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After testing our hardware with the power manager module loaded we saw a 60% decrease in power consumption and an increase in battery life.

We had daily stand-ups with video calls to discuss any potential blockers and updates. This meetings helped us understand if there were any delays or additional requirements to allow for a smooth execution of the project. We also used slack for quick communications.

Their quick execution and knowledge on the required task are impressive. They provided detailed documentation about the project and they have been extremely responsive throughout the whole project.

Not for now. Their execution has exceeded our expectations.

They have achieved the milestones of detecting hand movement, and object enumeration. On the android side, they have developed a mqtt communication layer and are developing a driver interface to a new payment system.

This project is still under development, but is tracking to the timelines.

Initially, updates on the computer vision project were spotty. This has been addressed with weekly calls.

The team has been very helpful and committed to providing a high level of care to the project. At first there were problems which created a delay, but the owner of Neoverce IT stepped up and took responsibility. They've done a very good job following up after the initial problems. They have shown a high level of dedication and professionalism.

The team was good about following timelines. We had a weekly call to go over status. The calls ranged from 10 to 60 minutes and were helpful. Neoverce IT engineers created good documentation about the project which helped during the testing phase and onboarding new engineers.

The engineers were genuinely nice people, made themselves available, and were knowledgeable.

Neoverce IT expectations misalignment led to a long delay, but they took responsibility, didn't charge more and did a great job on the second try. To me taking responsibility for mistakes is more important than avoiding mistakes. One is real and the other is impossible.

Neoverce IT has developed custom software for our maritime vehicles that has allowed us to improve our products, including the 5G connection.

Neoverce IT has used multiple technologies for development. They’ve built the firmware on top of a real time operating system (RTOS) and used Vue.js with a continuous integration tool for the UI’s customization. iomico has used a tool similar to Jenkins for software testing.

Moreover, Neoverce IT has helped with our product’s certification. Our products must be certified since we work in the worldwide marine industry. They have also worked on all the required network protocols, including WiFi, internet, and global system for mobile communication (GSM) protocols. iomico is currently working on the feasibility study of other projects that are under development.

Neoverce IT has helped us be at an advantage over our competitors. We recently attended an important trade show in the marine industry, and we were one of the few manufacturers that presented a 5G product for the industry. We’re happy with iomico’s work.

Neoverce IT has immediately become one of the most proactive partners in our portfolio. They’re always available and quick to respond. We communicate through Slack and WhatsApp and have Zoom and in-person meetings.

I’m most impressed with Neovence IT commitment to meeting deadlines. They’ve consistently been proactive and focused on delivering on time, even in challenging situations.

Moreover, Neovence IT has maintained transparency throughout our collaboration. They’ve kept us informed of any unexpected developments in real time. For example, when our project’s budget needed to be adjusted due to unforeseen constraints, they stayed by our side and actively explored the best possible solutions.

We began the project with a different budget framework, but Neovence IT dedication to finding effective alternatives and their reliable communication helped us move forward with confidence.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Neoverce IT Solutions could have done differently?

I can’t think of anything for Neovence IT to improve. If they approach other customers the same way they’ve worked with us, they’ll surely get more projects.
