We hired Neoistone because we needed help with website and app development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Neoistone provided domain booking and hosting services — we also provided them with documentation prior to the project. Their team also developed our e-commerce site from scratch using WordPress, PHP, HTML, and CSS. They continue to provide development support. 

For our security app geared toward women traveling alone, they provide mobile app development services. They’re in charge of the UI/UX of the Android app, which automatically calls the police department if the phone is shaken three times and sends her location. We’re currently still working on developing the iOS version of the app. 

Neoistone also provides SEO and digital marketing services, including Google Ads. Their team also provides high-ranking keywords — we provide sample keywords to their team.

There are four people from their team who work with us — there is a lead, a designer, a content writer, and a developer.

Their service is excellent. The quality of their work is 9 out of 10 — there aren’t many bugs but when there are, Neoistone fixes them right away.

How did Neoistone perform from a project management standpoint?

They deliver on time and within budget. They also created an internal tool for us to check the progress of the project. For communication, we use phone calls and a dashboard. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re good at development — anything we ask for, they say they can do it. They provide good service.
