The team has project kick off meeting with key stakeholders including account manager, designer and developer assigned with the team. The vendor took us through their planning, development, testing and support phase and timeframe for each. Each phase was communicated via email and feedback solicitated before moving to next stage. The delivery was before time so that proper testing was done.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They're very easy to work with, they know about local services industry and provided guidance about how to succeed in crowded local services industry with better local schema, Google Business Ratings, having an updated before and after section. We were not expecting strategic discussion about the business, glad we selected the vendor who happens to be a google partner providing best practices for local search.

Are there any areas for improvement or something NectarSpot Marketing,Automation, and Design Company. could have done differently?

We are excited to start our business after re-branding. We can't think of any areas for improvement as of now.
