Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We brought in Nebula Design to design and develop our multivendor marketplace. We needed a platform that would enable us to: 

• Allow for an easy shopping experience from a customer point of view. Focusing on all the typical ecommerce must-haves. 
• Allow for a suite of features and tools from the vendor point of view (eg. easily upload their products, style their own shop front etc) 
• Support the platform on both further development and general support.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project was delivered in stages that enabled us to test during development. Since launch the site has grown and been supported without fail. Nebula have delivered on all their promises from features requested to bug fixes and general support.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

All items were delivered on-time and we were made aware of features and functions that were being worked on. Nebula provided us access to the development environment to review work and screen recordings of tests conducted. We also had various e-meetings where we got to discuss feedback and request changes throughout the project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We leave the tech to the experts, nethertheless, Nebula were fantastic at explaining things in a way we understood - where we had some early ideas, they were able to guide us to improved outcomes. Really it was down to how Nebula came across - they want us to succeed and we feel looked after!

Are there any areas for improvement or something Nebula Design could have done differently?

Honestly, nothing - we're very happy with the service in the price-point we were at.
