Our legacy software was created a few years ago and needed some more features and testing. I was the only developer responsible for three to four of such projects and needed some assistance. We hired this team to help us develop some new features in the frontend and backend and also to write some automated tests. Our partner company already had some good experiences with their developers.

We had a kick-off metting to discuss our goals and objectives. From there, we could observe daily progress through the code repository and had daily chats and a few meetings per week. They proposed their own solutions to some of our problems and kept their promises in solving those problems effectlivly.

Two full stack developers from the vendor's team worked with us. One Mid and the other Senior

Our project is now fully automated end-to-end testable which saves us alot of time when deploying changes in the future.

We had zoom meetings every other day.

They are young and in touch with the newest state of technology. It makes it so their solutions work seemless and are future-ready.

Not really.

We work with NeatSoft on various website projects. They have taken care of the complete web development and design implementation according to specifications.

NeatSoft was the recommendation of a colleague, which we gladly followed.

NeatSoft received a detailed design brief from which they completely built the website and refined it in several rounds of coordination with us.

Overall, the implementation went very quickly. Tried to implement all requests.

We hired Neatsoft to manage the ongoing support of our existing software solution and to add new features as required.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We had worked with Oskar at a previous company and when he left that company to set up Neatsoft, it was an easy decision for us to switch to Neatsoft.

Neatsoft maintains our development code in Azure DevOps using Visual Studio. The initial design and/or scope is set by us and we assign work using DevOps Agile methodology. Neatsoft are responsible for the development of the code and database updates as required. After initial dev testing, the work is passed back to us for testing, QQ and release.

The work is of a consistently high standard and Oskar understands our software and needs very well.

We're impressed with their understanding of Microsoft Azure and our software.
