For one of our corporate clients, we had to build a platform where users could easily enter all the needed data in order to purchase a shelf company and proceeed with notary appointments, bank account transfer and so on.

Key deliverables were:

• Development of an MVP in low/no-code (Xano + WeWeb)
• Design of an admin panel
• Respect a strict and short launch deadline

The project was successfully developed in the requested timeframe, including several rounds of testing and alignment of expectations to meet the requested goals.

The PM was done with an initial scoping of the deliverables that highlighted a challenging situation in terms of execution time. Nonetheless through regular meetings, updates and scope revision, the team was able to deliver a working product on time, for everyone's satisfaction.

The very close communication that we were able to have and the culture alignment that we found with them.

I can only think about a better timely estimation of delivery times and effort, with more frequent reassessment, even though I can also recognize that the provided work material changed during the execution.

Yes the guys did a great job of managing both time and needs. The whole project delivery was laid out clearly and met along the way

Their response times were impressively fast. We could expect response times within the hour and never had to chase for answers.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Naviu could have done differently?

Perhaps on the initial calls, before we agreed our partnership we told the guys loosely what we needed to achieve. We thought we would have a more detailed scoping session once the project was signed and underway. So some of the smaller requirements we needed, were not included in the budget. 
We feel we could have had perhaps a more in depth scoping call in the very initial stages that would have given a more accurate budget. This is not a negative point, perhaps more of a learning point on both sides given that we didnt have any previous experience with building any tech
