My colleague and I had met Yuriy at biotechnology conferences and admired his work.

The video that the team at Nanobot developed for Susavion Biosciences, Inc., is truly exceptional. It illustrates the ability of Susavion’s glycomimetic peptides to stimulate the anti-cancer ability of the immune system with remarkable artistic skill. Whereas the peptides stimulate dendritic cells, the video also describes how these cells activate T and B cells to produce anti-cancer antibodies.

Yuriy Svidinenko, the leader of the Nanobot team, engaged us frequently and at every stage of the project.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to clearly illustrate how our drug candidate functions to preserve cartilage when injected into a damaged joint. This was mainly for investors.

A storyboard was created with representative images. Once the story was finalized, Nanobot went to work animating each frame and creating a cohesive animation. After a few revisions then animation was complete. The entire project took less than a month.

They are very responsive to emails and phone calls.

We raised over $500,000 from investors. The medical animations played a big role in explaining our science to a lay audience.
