I am the owner and we are running a mediterranean restaurant in UK.

For what projects/services did your company hire Myth Block?

We were looking for a decent company to provide us with Web Design, Marketing, SEO and branding at the beginning. We looked for different companies and decided to go with Myth Block Design as they offer these services all under one roof. On top of that, they do have a graphic design team and provide printing services with their partner companies, which makes it even easier for us to deal with only one company in general.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We looked into different companies but got great reviews and recommendations locally for Myth Block for their all under one roof services. From start to finish processes and it made it easy for us to go with them after a few meetings!

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

After a number of discovery calls and meetings, we were sure that they totally understood our goals. We received 3 different options for branding, web design and our marketing materials (flyers, menus, etc.). Once we selected a concept for all, it was easy to deal with it! They offered multiple revisions to make sure we are 100% happy with the end product. We are still working with them for:

• website maintenance
• SEO
• PPC
• Social Media Management
• seasonal marketing materials

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

They are were 3 people in total but we mainly were in touch with 1 person, that dealt with and moved everything to the correct people in their team, which made our life super easy!

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Their communication was great. Once we were 100% happy with the results, they guided us through the website and branding. We are continuously getting great comments about how easy it memorable our design concept in general.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was super easy to communicate with pre-scheduled meetings throughout the project via WhatsApp, zoom and face to face.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I am amazed by their knowledge, professionalism and how organized they are!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

At this stage, as we are still continuing with lots of projects with them, I can say they keep increasing their quality with customer feedback all time!
