We hired Mystique to draw attention to our material recycling program. Our goal was to create behavior change within our industry. Overcoming engrained beliefs about the recyclability of our materials was our primary challenge.

The project started with a series of meetings to establish our goals and understand our objectives. Mystique created a survey for our customers to ensure we understood their needs, Only then did the process of building a website begin. Mystique also provided us a platform to facilitate ongoing communication with our customers.

Mystique delivered everything that was asked of them. We had a response rate over 10%.
