MyHire provides ongoing digital marketing and paid media support within our agency, working alongside me and our wider team across a portfolio of e-commerce clients. 

The scope includes Meta and Google Ads support, campaign and ad builds, uploading and implementing creative, routine account monitoring and optimisation, performance reporting, data analysis, and assisting with recurring account management tasks. 

They also support our internal workflows and processes, helping ensure work is completed accurately and on time. 

This allows me to spend more of my time on higher-level strategy, client relationships, creative direction and business development, while maintaining a high standard of execution across our client accounts.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

MyHire has enabled us to significantly increase our operational capacity without needing to build a large in-house team. 

We are now able to manage a portfolio of multiple e-commerce clients across Meta and Google Ads while maintaining a deliberately small agency structure. 

The clearest outcomes have been increased capacity, faster execution of recurring account work, more consistent completion of reporting and campaign tasks, and significantly less day-to-day execution sitting with me personally. 

This has allowed me to spend more of my working week on strategy, client relationships, creative direction and business development, while the agency continues to deliver a high level of service across our accounts.

The team has been extremely reliable and responsive. Work is consistently delivered on time, communication is clear, and they adapt quickly when priorities change, which happens regularly in digital marketing. 

What I value most is that they’ve become an extension of our team rather than simply completing assigned tasks. They understand our processes, take feedback onboard quickly, and are always willing to adjust as the needs of the business evolve. 

This has given me confidence to delegate increasingly important parts of our day-to-day operations to them.

What has impressed me most is the calibre of people MyHire has been able to place into our business. 

They haven’t simply provided virtual assistants to complete basic tasks; they’ve helped us find capable people who have genuinely become part of our team. 

The people we’ve worked with are intelligent, reliable, eager to learn and able to take on increasingly complex responsibilities as they develop. 

That has allowed us to build long-term capability within the business rather than continually outsourcing individual tasks. 

MyHire also provides the structure and support around those team members, which gives us the benefits of building an offshore team without having to manage the entire recruitment and employment process ourselves. MyHire has been an excellent partner for our business. The team members they’ve placed with us have become a genuine extension of our agency, allowing us to increase our capacity while maintaining a lean and efficient team. They’re reliable, responsive and consistently great to work with.

Are there any areas for improvement or something MyHire Virtual Assistants could have done differently?

There’s very little I would change. As with any offshore team arrangement, there is naturally an initial investment required in training, documenting processes and building knowledge of the business, but MyHire has been very supportive throughout that process. 

If anything, continuing to develop more specialised training and professional development opportunities for VAs working in technical areas such as digital marketing would add even more value. Overall, though, our experience has been extremely positive.
