The project scope was to design a new website, for a new business, including development and QA testing. I was also looking for support on how to use a platform (Wordpress) that was new to me as I have only used Shopify prior, so required some training on using the platform in the future

The project was delivered in the timeframe stipulated and agreed between both parties prior to the work commencing. The project also didn't incur additional costs, everything was captured from a good pre-project brief that I was asked to complete to ensure all details were captured on the scope of the work

The project management was very good, I had one point of contact throughout the entire process who acted as a co-ordinator across their internal team. The project was delivered on time and to specification pre-agreed The main way of communicating was through email, however when there was a topic that we needed to discuss verbally, we used video calls
