For what projects/services did your company hire Muru Technologies Inc., and what were your goals?

Sajaji is a Food Delivery app that provides delivery services in Keya. We wanted to have an expert from the market of Kenya, and I found Muru known for their Mobile App Development.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We have screened a couple of agencies in Kenya. But, Muru Tech out performed all the other agencies in terms of Portfolio, Pricing and their way of managing the project.

There are so many other delivery apps in the market. Although, we specifically wanted to have a few key functionalities that differ us from the competitors. Say for example, we do not only deliver foods, but we also have a wide range of other categories like Grocery, Electronics, Jewelry, etc. They designed & developed our app from scratch. The app is developed for iOS & Android both.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We directly work with Christian, he understood the scope well and helped complete the project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were impressed by the overall UI/UX of this app. Moreover, the app functions well without any bugs. And, we go thousands of downloads from the local market.

Christian was our main point of contact, and we used Slack as well as Video meetings. The project was completed within a month.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They know in & outs and are pretty transparent about their work. Overall, we liked their project management and development skills.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

None as of now.
