Our customers clearly understood Equixly's value proposition, also thanks to the positioning defined through the work done with Moze. The website has been appreciated by many people: we have received a really large amount of compliments.

As we already knew from previous collaborations, Moze's project management is very direct and transparent. Moze only works with very technical clients, like us. For this reason, they have chosen not to have middle men as Project Managers or Account Managers.

We only spoke with operational people, that is, with designers and developers, as well as with the Studio Partners themselves. This is very pleasant: by working in this way, as a customer you have the feeling of really having everything under control, and of making the most of your supplier's know-how

Moze helped me designing and developing AndreaLatino.com. Following my initial guidelines, they took care of the overall front-end experience, UI, UX, Gated Content, CMS, and a lot of other timely back-end operations. Among the key deliverables, I'd list design thinking workshops, website architecture, and CMS custom template.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• First users witnessed a general simplicity in finding the correct navigation paths, thereby experiencing a very good UX. They also expressed positive feedback about the visual appeal, ease, and speed of use of the website both from desktop and mobile. There were very few technical issues or glitches I was able to correct quickly.

I was highly satisfied with Moze’s promptness and reliability. Developers were extremely responsive to my requests and made sure to implement the changes I asked for in a timely manner, never forgetting to report and explain in detail the dynamics of their operation.

None in particular, as the experience was overwhelmingly positive.

Lendo is a marketplace for loans, part of Schibsted – a global family of digital consumer brands leading the way across media, online marketplaces and technology ventures. Lendo operates in several European countries and has more than 500,000 visits per month. For the last two years I have worked as Expansion Manager and now as Country Manager for the launch of Lendo in the Italian market.

We asked Moze to carry out User Research activities to help our team prepare for the launch of the service in Italy.

How did you select this vendor?

For years, I had heard good things about Moze from people within the tech ecosystem. I was just waiting for the right opportunity to work with them.

We asked Moze to conduct User Research and User Testing activities useful to optimise the Italian version of our service.

They guided us along a three-step path: an initial phase of understanding our service, our business and the main competitors in the Italian market; a User Interview phase during which Moze experts spoke to a good number of Italians interested in obtaining a loan, in order to reconstruct their Customer Journey; a final phase in which a prototype of Lendo's new Italian site was tested to potential users together with the websites of its main competitors, to capture user reactions and help our client identify key opportunities for improvement and differentiation from competitors.

What was the team composition?

All activities were carried out by a senior designer from Moze with extensive experience in User Interview and User Testing. We also had frequent opportunities to talk to their CEO, even discussing aspects of our business that were outside the scope of our project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Lendo's Italian website, which we recently launched on the web, has been optimised thanks to valuable insights from the activities conducted with Moze. The quality of the user experience within this site is the main result of our collaboration with them.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was quick and clear. I really appreciated the ability to speak directly with the Research specialist: this is one of Moze's strengths, which differentiates their firm from many agencies that place a project or account manager as the middle man between the client and the professionals in charge of the tasks.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their curiosity about our company was not limited to the aspects strictly necessary for the project we hired them for. I think this is very positive.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

I can't complain about anything, I am really satisfied with the collaboration and I believe we will work with them again.

I am one of the co-founders of Al.ta Cucina, a community of more than five million food lovers. Our community is present on major social media and has its own web and mobile platform, a culinary social network.

Having noticed increasing traffic from search engines, we asked Moze to help us improve the User Experience and design the new User Interface of our web platform. In specific, we wanted to make the experience of using the web application from mobile devices excellent and up-to-date with our own app.

We read a review of Moze in a newsletter about digital product development. It immediately seemed like the right company to partner with for this project. We also knew from word of mouth that is one of the best players for UX & UI.

We worked with Agile approach. Activities were organized in bi-weekly sprints. At the end of each sprint, we gave Moze our feedback and planned the goals for the next sprint with them. The team supported us even afterward to make sure everything was perfect.

The workflow has been extremely effective, with periodic calls scheduled well in advance and very frequent e-mail & Slack updates.

I really appreciated their ability to understand the habits and preferences of our users, so as to design a digital experience tailored to them.

We cannot complain about anything. Working with Moze was very pleasant and produced the desired results.

I work as COO in Noovolari. Noovolari is a software product company focused on open-source software for cloud operations, it's a spinoff of beSharp spa, a cloud consultancy company.

We asked them to design the user experience and interface of Leapp, a free and open-source desktop app that simplifies cloud software developers' credential management. Together they designed the first draft of the SaaS version for team management.

We had already had other collaborations with Moze in the past through beSharp and had a very positive interaction.

The process was incredibly smooth. We started seeing hi-fi UI produced by Moze from the very first days of work.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Both on the Leapp website and in the case history published by Moze, you can see the high quality of the graphic layouts they produced.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was excellent. We did a mix of remote and async work, so we kept in touch weekly with video calls and emails to keep us aligned and document things to work.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their desire to fully understand our business and to design interfaces that are not only beautiful but, above all, useful for our users.

Nothing relevant. The collaboration was extremely satisfying.

I’m founder and CEO of Fintastico, a place where to discover the most innovative financial services.

For what projects/services did your company hire Moze?

When we founded Fintastico, we asked Moze to create our brand identity and design the UX of our web platform. They also developed the front-end code.

How did you select this vendor?

I had already worked closely with Moze in my previous company. I knew the quality of their work well, which is why I chose them as a strategic partner for my startup. So far our partnership has never ended: we periodically ask Moze to help us evolve Fintastico, by designing and implementing new features.

After designing Fintastico's logo and visual communication guidelines, Moze designed the UX of our platform by making wireframes, hi-fi UI layouts and interactive prototypes. At the end of the design phase, they developed the front-end code. Together with the codebase they gave us all the useful information to proceed with its integration with the back-end. Whenever we need to design new features, we repeat this process.

We have been working with two of Moze's three partners (their Design Director and their Technical Director) and with different designers and developers on their team, based on the skills required at each stage of the work.

You can check out our web platform fintastico.com and the case history that Moze has published. There are some features currently under development, which obviously aren't visible yet.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow has always been excellent. We have always used Trello as a Project Management tool and InVision to share interactive layouts and prototypes. The code that Moze develops for us is released on a Git repository. Communications take place via e-mail and through conference calls that we request when we have to talk about something particularly important.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We are amazed at their attention to detail and the ability to have a strategic vision of the entire project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There is nothing we can complain about. The five-year partnership proves that Moze is a company we truly trust.

United Ventures is an independent Venture Capital firm supporting visionary entrepreneurs to reinvent industries through technology. I am responsible for everything related to Design within the company.

For what projects/services did your company hire Moze, and what were your goals?

United Ventures’s Partners decided to rethink the visual identity of our brand, with a view to better representing the values that guide our work alongside entrepreneurs. To do this, we asked Moze to design our new visual identity and develop a website capable of expressing the brand's new personality.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We knew Moze's founder through our startups network. Furthermore, we had already worked with Moze with one of our portfolio companies and we were deeply satisfied with the results.

The very simple and streamlined work process was organized in three steps:

1. identity concept;
2. design of the new United Venture’s visual identity;
3. front-end & back-end development of the website (Moze created a custom WordPress theme for us).

The work process was very simple and streamlined. Communications normally came by e-mail. We also did some videoconferences in the most important moments of the design process.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Moze's vision is deeply contemporaneous. They are able to represent identities in a minimal, beautiful, and direct way. United Ventures has exactly the same vision. This is why we had a great time working with Moze.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing comes to mind at the moment. Working with Moze has been a very positive experience.

Our company was founded in 2015 under the name of Voverc. We were the first italian company to develop and put on the market an entirely cloud-based telephone system solution. I’m the CEO of the company, which I co-founded with Gabriele P.

After becoming part of a multinational group specialized in VoIP solutions, we were looking for a team capable of accompanying us in the creation of a completely renewed brand identity and in the design of a memorable User Experience for our users, across all web and mobile touchpoints.

We had worked with Moze before. In addition, we know several companies that have always expressed great enthusiasm for the work done with Moze.

After defining our new name - Voxloud - we hired Moze to design the new logo and define the guidelines for the brand's visual communication. We also asked them to design the new Voxloud website, our onboarding funnel, the web dashboard for our users and our mobile app.

The work process alternated co-design activities - in which we too were involved - and phases in which Moze's designers worked independently and periodically showed us graphic proposals, UI layouts and interactive prototypes. Moze produced all the graphics files our technology team needed to independently develop Voxloud's web and mobile touchpoints

Part of the design work done by Moze can be seen on our website voxloud.com and in the case history published on Moze's website. Some things - the web dasboard and the mobile app - have not yet been released.

The work process was well organized. Moze has an Agile mindset and organizes the design work in sprints of fixed duration: this has helped us to participate in the process, periodically reviewing their work and providing our feedback.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We loved their attention to detail and the integration of both design and technology skills in their team. Moze's designers are able to fully understand the implications their design projects will have for the programmers who receive them, and this allows them to make intelligent design choices.

No. Moze met all our expectations.

Live Story is a Creative Digital Experience Platform. It's a solution to freehandedly design and publish online layouts without writing a single line of code. I'm the general manager of the company.

We needed to conduct a deep UI overhaul, to update the user experience of our platform. We built our platform from scratch, so we needed the help of an external agency, with a proven track record in that kind of project.

We've been tacking track of Moze's success cases. We reached out to them and we instantly got the feeling that they were the right people for the task.

Moze's team guided us through interview sessions. The path started from the big picture and it then focused on details. They tried the platform themselves, they started to connect dots and then they started making proposals. The outcome was a high-res mockup of what our new dashboard should look like.

They have an impressive track record for a young company, and there's a reason for that: they're skilled, experienced and they can ask the right questions. But there's more to it: they also have the ability of thinking strategically: we needed someone with a proper understanding of what a user is asking to a platform, what is like to manage a platform in the real world and what is our competitive scenario. They mastered all these 3 key point.

Not with us. Frankly speaking, Moze over-delivered our project requirements.
