A two-day exhibition with World’s leading airlines, aviation training organisations and industry providers in the spectacular Messe Berlin. It is a chance for flight crew and cabin crew to look for new employment opportunities and for young dreamers to explore numerous pilot training possibilities, cadet programs and financing options.

Pilot Expo was a new and ambitious project - an exhibition and conference for people in the aviation industry. In 2019, before the first event, we were looking for a professional digital agency that could provide graphic design, programming services and digital marketing. We managed to find MOVE - which was able to professionally provide all the necessary services.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In 2019, when the first PilotExpo conference and exhibition was held, more than 4,000 visitors from 30 countries visited it. Social media followers were more than 3,000.

Project management was always provided at the highest level. Emails and calls were always answered very quickly. If any changes or corrections were needed, everything happened very promptly.

MOVE is always able to provide great creative solutions together with technical ones - e.g. development. The advantage of the MOVE team is that they are able to provide the entire digital development cycle - from logo design to website development.

We were looking for a solid digital services partner who also had international experience. MOVE handled all the tasks perfectly for our needs. The MOVE team always offered a solution for all situations. Such an experience is rare. Our cooperation continues on new programming solutions - new functionalities on the website.

Our new visual identity has already been appreciated by many existing customers. The development of the website is currently in the content development stage, and we plan to launch it in the near future.

  • Requirements Gathering: Conduct market research to understand the target audience, competitors, and trends in the organic beef industry. Define the specific features and functionalities required for the online store, such as product catalog, shopping cart, checkout process, etc. 
  • Website Design: Create a visually appealing and user-friendly website design that aligns with the brand image and promotes the organic and sustainable aspects of the products. Design the UI for easy navigation, showcasing product categories, individual product pages, and other essential sections.
  •  Development: Develop the online store. Move Digital created a bespoke webpage for our audio saloon, which is in constant development. The web page is frequently updated with new type of content blocks and lines of code for easier information integration.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In our case, the measurable outcome was and is client visit time and their experience when they are interacting with the developed web page. The interaction should mostly end with a call from a client or an e-mail sent to us.

Project management is simple and straightforward. We agreed to make some idea sketches on how the project should look like and after a month of developing, we had a fully working backbone of the web page at our disposal. Move Digital delivered items on time and still are open to changing some of the code if needed for fresh ideas to be integrated into our project.
