For what projects/services did your company hire Mouttahid, and what were your goals?

I hired Mouttahid to redo my website to make it more attractive and useful for prospective clients.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I searched online for Moroccan web developers. My Moroccan friend helped me choose Mouttahid based on value and experience.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We had a kick-off meeting over Google Meet to review the existing one-page site and determine how it could be improved. I gave Mahdi login details for my web host, and he made the changes I requested directly on the website. He added a portfolio page and a working contact form and upgraded the rest of the site. He did three revisions for me, mainly because I wasn't as clear as I should have been.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The only person who worked with me that I know of was Mahdi, who is a fullstack developer. I don't know if he did the graphics, too. The graphics are excellent.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The work has just finished, so I don't have any measurable outcomes to report in terms of KPIs. However, the website is now a crisp, clean, attractive client magnet. I feel more confident marketing my services with a professional website to help make the sale.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Mahdi checked in through WhatsApp for a timely response since I'm in the US. He let me know when the latest iteration of the site was up by WhatsApp, and we sent more specific feedback by email.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Mouttahid delivered an attractive, professional-looking site at an excellent price point in just a few days. There was excellent communication throughout the project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Mouttahid quickly made all the changes I asked for. The process and outcome were both stellar.
