Scope of Work and deliverables consisted of two major research initiatives:

1. A/B Testing Market Research 
   1. Conducting customer development interviews to identify problems and challenges in A/B testing
   2. Understanding existing workflows and processes that could be improved
   3. Defining customer personas across different target groups
   4. Analysis of interview results from 8 participants across 6 countries (UK, Canada, Netherlands, Romania, Moldova, Austria)
2. Performance Analytics Tool Research 
   1. Conducting product discovery interviews to understand challenges in developer performance tracking
   2. Analyzing approaches to employee evaluation and project success measurement
   3. Understanding needs around financial metrics and resource allocation
   4. Exploring pain points in existing performance monitoring systems
   5. Identifying product-market fit for analytics tools in different company segments
   6. Analysis of feedback from companies ranging from 40 to 10,000+ employees
   7. Both research streams included documentation of findings, identification of patterns, and development of specific recommendations for product development and market positioning.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

According to the provided results my Moonshot, from the 10 conducted interviews, 3 companies (30% success rate) agreed to start pilot projects: one from the UK and two from Moldova, demonstrating concrete interest in the product offering. Additionally, the research successfully identified the most promising target market segment - outsourcing companies with 50-200 employees who are not too large to build internal tools but not too small to track individual employee performance, providing a clear direction for product development and marketing efforts.

Kardo has a lot of experience in user research, and startup building. He was a part of a Silicon Valley-based accelerator and his insights were priceless.

The overall collaboration was a 9 on a scale from 1 to 10. 

We were really satisfied! But also, considering that I am a first-time non-tech founder, I did lots of mistakes and sure, things could have been done better/faster, but for that time, it was really really good.
