MoonBoots Consultancy is a Norfolk-based agentic AI studio helping founders, small businesses, and ambitious organisations put AI to work without the hype. We design and build purpose-built AI agents and end-to-end digital systems that solve real problems, save real time, and earn their keep from day one.

Our work spans three areas. AI strategy, where we help business owners cut through the noise and decide what AI is actually worth doing in their context. Agent development, where we build custom multi-agent systems on the Anthropic Claude API using a hierarchical pattern that is faster, cheaper, and more reliable than the single-agent approach most products default to. And full-stack product builds, where we deliver complete web applications with integrated CMS, CRM, and workflow automation on a modern stack (Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Railway).

We are best known for Touchline, an agentic AI coaching platform for grassroots football built on bounded AI principles, and for client work spanning health and wellness, youth sport safeguarding, construction compliance, and SME automation.

Our guiding principle is clarity over hype. We tell clients what AI can do, what it cannot do, and what it should not do. We build systems that are auditable, accountable, and bounded to the job they were designed for.
