We wanted a functional and modern webpage on which we could show and sell our products. It had to be well integrated with our payment and shipping methods.

We considered several companies and independent web developers, but we didn't reach an agreement. Then, someone recommended we go to The Moon.

They took care of everything from graphic design to programming, following our requirements and instructions and giving their recommendations. They implemented all necessary e-commerce features and provided some marketing help, creating Instagram and Facebook ads for us.

We had a single point of contact, whom we met with and spoke to regularly. He managed our whole project and coordinated the rest of the team.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Besides allowing us to sell our products online, the new website also serves as a business card for us to display our work.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Our team had regular contact with our project manager via email and WhatsApp. We also met him on several occasions to discuss their progress. Although our companies are based in different countries, we didn't experience language barriers or problems of any kind.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They understood and developed our ideas just like we wanted. They made sure every step they took was alright with us and met our requirements.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No. Everything went as expected.

Our project began with a long briefing, at the end of which the agency compiled a technical task list. They developed a UX prototype of the future site and made several recommendations about its structure.

The recommendations were good, so we accepted them. Since we didn't have a corporate identity apart from our logo, they offered several fonts and elements to distinguish us from the competition.

After building the prototype, they developed a full-fledged site design with animations. We liked the design almost immediately, so they started programming right away.

What was the team composition?

I mostly communicated with the project manager, but the developer, web designer, and UX specialist also participated in important meetings.

Having a bright, functional site enabled us not only to attract new clients online, but also to show examples of our work.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Working with them was convenient since they had clearly aligned processes. They gave us useful recommendations that extended beyond our website.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their most important qualities were their streamlined processes and clear, understandable work plan. I was impressed by the ability to fulfill our wishes. I don’t know how they did it, but everything turned out!

We wanted the site to reflect our corporate identity and product vision, as well as describe our service and it’s benefits for businesses.

First, we needed to develop an attractive design and text scheme that would emphasize our unique service. Second, we wanted to forge an association between Kira and a complete roadmap for strategic business management; we didn’t want it to be seen as a simple addition or bonus to analytics.

The Moon helped solidify our philosophy and decide on our design and content in a short time. Afterward, they took over frontend development and integration with a CRM. They also set up web analytics for us.

We had a complete plan for the app (from potential customers to launching a beta test) within a month. It was a real success for us.

I greatly appreciated their full involvement in our project. They implemented all our wishes promptly and adjusted to our changing conditions without sacrificing quality.

They were able to work through ambiguous tasks and produce exactly the results we were looking for.

At the time of this project, I was the lead producer at ProCut Post-Production School. We organized professional courses in the TV and film industry, focusing on teaching editing, filming, and producing skills.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After The Moon Digital Agency completed their work, we saw an increase in enrolled clients for our courses. We had the ability to raise our course prices by 60% because of our loyal customer base. We now have an active social media presence on Facebook and Instagram, and our brand has a stronger position online. Also, the company can have clear interactions between our customers and our brand, and we have a more controlled sales funnel.

Our collaboration was very productive thanks to their attentiveness. Their team instantly responded to any questions we had, even if it was just via Slack. They were very reliable in hitting deadlines, as well.

They had a thirst for growth and were always willing to search for new solutions. Their team helped us get to know our own product better and they are all well-versed in the digital marketing field. I’m pleased with the work they produced and would work with them in the future.

Although I communicated primarily with the project manager and the copywriter, I know the team also included a designer, a PPC manager, and an analyst.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Establishing a system for attracting potential students has increased organic traffic to the site and cut our costs-per-lead by half. The Moon’s skilled copywriters and target managers are the primary reason for our great results.

They employ exceptional project management skills. The project manager with whom I worked was professional, thorough, and efficient. The Moon was an invaluable partner, capable of prioritizing tasks and adhering to deadlines while providing clear communication.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are very goal-oriented, constantly monitoring ad campaign performance and continually making changes and improvements. I appreciated their creative, flexible approach to finding solutions as well as their in-depth knowledge of target audiences and effective content. I regularly recommend The Moon to my clients.
