Momentum Squads developed custom chatbots for us on two platforms: Telegram and Viber. After that, they integrated our CRM system with the bots using artificial intelligence.

As a result, almost all customer inquiries received via the bots are now successfully handled by a well-trained AI. Clients can instantly receive answers to questions related to their orders, our products, services, and more — without any human involvement.

Additionally, customers can now: сancel orders, assign priority status like “ASAP delivery” directly through the chatbot interface.

These automated functions greatly improved response time, service quality, and internal efficiency.

We hired the team to build a chatbot for running interactive quests in various cities across Israel, including Tel Aviv and Haifa. The project included not just the chatbot itself, but also a custom-built web admin panel.

The admin panel allows us to:

    2. Monitor active quests in real time, assist participants, and track their progress

    3. Manage access to quests and monetize them

Development started in April 2019 and took a few months. Since then, the team has been actively maintaining and supporting the product. We continue to work with them to this day.

Approximately 80% of participants completed the quests without any need for organizer assistance, which significantly reduced operational workload. The chatbot handled all hints, responses, and progress tracking automatically.

The platform has been used to successfully run over 100 quests to date, ranging from small group sessions to large-scale events.

All participant interactions were logged and accessible through the admin panel, making it easy to analyze performance and gather feedback.
