We're a medical writing and publishing company.

What is your position?

I am the editor, publisher, and vice president.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What business challenge were you trying to address with Mobzway Technologies?

I produce publications for my clients in all formats, including online and mobile applications. I've worked with Mobzway on taking a printed product and converting it to be either an online or mobile application.

SOLUTION

Please describe the scope of their involvement in detail.

We've worked on a total of five to 10 products together. One of the products is an online textbook that users can subscribe to. They provide maintenance and support for it.

How did you come to work with Mobzway Technologies?

I started a competitive bid on a website called Guru.com a number of years ago. They had the best bid. I chose Mobzway for this project and had a good experience. I continued to work with them independently on new projects after that.

Could you provide a sense of the size of this initiative in financial terms?

Most of our projects range between $10,000 and $50,000. A few projects have reached between $50,000 and $200,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We've completed a project with them on January 1 [2016] for an online textbook. There's definitely a possibility that we'll work together in the future.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Could you share any statistics or metrics from this engagement?

I've been very satisfied with Mobzway. We're a small company and constantly rely on outside assistance for the work in which we lack the necessary skills. They've been very helpful in terms of being my electronic publishing partner.

We've worked on some complicated products, including one publication that had received significant funding from the pharmaceutical industry. It had complex access flow requirements, which Mobzway handled well.

They never objected to being given only a piece of a project to work on. For example, the hosting for a textbook they worked on is done on Amazon, not their website.

Through the quality of their work on our latest textbook project, the product became attractive to a commercial publisher.

What distinguishes Mobzway Technologies from other providers?

I've gotten used to the time zone difference, so I do a lot of work with them between 10 and 11 at night, or early in the morning. I've become very acclimated to their communication style and personalities, which do distinguish them.

Is there anything Mobzway Technologies could have improved or done differently?

No. I wish more United States companies were as good as they are.
