Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the founder of a smart app company. We connect people with doctors, and the app is a booking system for visits.

What challenge were you trying to address with MOBA SOFT INC?

We needed help recruiting a remote team for a temporary project.

What was the scope of their involvement?

MOBA SOFT INC started by asking several questions to help determine the skill and coding/programming languages required for the project. They helped find two developers to work remotely with our in-house developers. They continue to help us on an as-needed basis.

What is the team composition?

I work with Alex (Engineering Partner) and Yuri, who was the sales manager, I think. (I was unable to locate Yuri on their site or LinkedIn).

How did you come to work with MOBA SOFT INC?

They found me on LinkedIn, and asked questions about problems we may have in our business. When we needed to build this team, I remembered and reached out to them.

How much have you invested with them?

We have invested €22,000 (approximately $27,000).

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together in July 2020, and it’s ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

MOBA SOFT INC did exactly what we asked them to do. The recruits did well. We finished with part of the project, but are still working with one of the developers.

How did MOBA SOFT INC perform from a project management standpoint?

Communication is good. They are available when we need them. We have weekly or bi-weekly meetings, depending on the tasks.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They asked a lot of questions in order to find the right staff for the project. They understood our needs and the needs of our clients.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Perhaps they could increase the size of their team. They’re a small company.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Work with them; they're the best small company I've experienced.
