I lead strategy for a data, analytics and cloud services and product company.

For what projects/services did your company hire MMAG?

We started in 2019, growing very well but did not have a comprehensive website in place. The hurriedly put together one we did have was probably doing us more harm than good. We hired MMAG to design and develop our website - we started with just development in scope but initial meetings with MMAG brought out their flair for design and branding as a whole, which is when we hired them for the full package.

What were your goals for this project?

1.  Have a comprehensive website for our company, services & products
2.  Have an appeal that would attract new customers/partners/employees and help us solidify our position with existing ones
3.  Make the website the face for our company and pretty much our pitch too

How did you select MMAG?

Started with collecting references for companies that provided these services, shortlisted 7 of them, had an initial conversation and saw the work that was done. Post this a proposal was expected from the shortlists and finally we did a reference check with existing customers.

The selection process included the CEO, CMO and CFO - we selected MMAG as we saw a cultural match, the UX and development capability, the time to go-live as well as the cost.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We went live in time with an extended scope. We've had good website visits, views from all geographies. We've customer tested our website and got excellent feedback. We've leveraged out website for customer discussions.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Daily scrums, weekly core team meetings helped in seamless information flow. Page wireframes were shared in advance for feedback. Excel was used to track progress. Feedback was always taken positively and acted upon immediately.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

1.  UX capability is amazing
2.  Time to value is significantly lower than what we've seen with other vendors
3.  There is hunger to go the extra mile for better customer experience and continued working together
4.  Prompt team

Are there any areas for improvement?

Project management/collaboration tools for tracking may have been better - thought this did not really hamper our progress in any way.
