What's different:

• Published prices — no hourly-rate opacity, no pitch-then-price.
• Solo operator — senior attention, no account-exec layer, decisions on the call.
• Japan-specific fluency — インボイス制度, 電子帳簿保存法, hanko abolition, Japanese-native SaaS (Freee, Kintone, Chatwork), and foreign-owner tax and compliance nuance.
